Shipping Policy:
How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 1-2 days for our order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill your orders as quickly as possible. Every order is packed with care by someone who can’t wait to spread the joy of having your shipment reach you. That said, we are humans working hard to meet your need.
What about shipping?
We currently ship within the US only. Shipping times depend on your location. If you live close to use in, say, Illinois, you’ll get it faster than if you live in California. The UPS/USPS quote is usually 2 - 8 business days for shipping, but we hope you receive it sooner.
At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping rates are calculated at a flat rate based on weight. Items (including packaging) up to 8oz, and items 8 - 16oz.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Because our items are intended for personal use on your very own (or a loved one's) body we are unable to accept returns.
Exceptions:
1) The order received does NOT match your order: It's been known to happen that humans do make mistakes sometimes, so please notify us by email as soon as you open your order. If a mistake was made on our part we will work quickly to rectify the situation and get the correct order to you, with our appologies.
