Because our items are intended for personal use on your very own (or a loved one's) body we are unable to accept returns.

Exceptions:

1) The order received does NOT match your order: It's been known to happen that humans do make mistakes sometimes, so please notify us by email as soon as you open your order. If a mistake was made on our part we will work quickly to rectify the situation and get the correct order to you, with our apologies.
